RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are unhappy with an item that you have purchased from us online, you may return it for store credit within 7 days of receipt. We only accept returns for purchases made from our own online shop https://www.mountain-blue.com.  Jewelry purchased through any of our retailers must be returned to the store from which it was purchased and are subject to the retailer’s individual store policy.

We cannot accept returns on items purchased during sales or special promotions, custom orders or international orders. Items must be returned with their original packaging and in perfect, unworn condition.

How to proceed?

1)            To return or exchange an item, please email us at [email protected] for a return authorization number. Items cannot be accepted for a return or repair without an RA number.

2)            Our return agent will get back to you with a return number

3)            Download, print  and fill up the return form

4)            Return the good to the return address in the return form

For your protection, please insure the package for the full purchase amount. Emily Amey Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

Store credit is issued upon receipt of the item.  Refunded credits do not include shipping costs.

Returns and Exchanges are subject to the following restrictions:

  • The original Invoice and a Return Authorization Code must accompany the returned item.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way.
  • The Security Tag attached to the jewelry must not be removed. If the Security Tag is removed from the jewelry, the merchandise is not returnable or exchangeable. This is a security feature we use to verify the authenticity of the item.
  • Items that have been worn and damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned.
  • Special orders and engraved items are not returnable. If there was an error made on our part, we will happily exchange your order.
